About the Author

Ali Amiri is a thinker, who enjoys scientific subjects, particularly the science of cosmology. While reading cosmology books he realised that there is a great similarity between what science and verses of the Quran say about the cosmos. Now, thirty years later, he has decided to write a book, and here it is for your enjoyment!

Ever since I was ten years old I was fascinated by the planets and kept an exercise book that I dedicated to this subject. Each page had the details and picture of a certain planet, which I used to copy from books and children’s magazines. Later on in life I entered the family construction and property business.

I spent many years studying in the southern coastal towns of England and in mid-life developed an interest in cosmology and astrophysics. I also used to read the Quran and the Bible so that I could learn more about the Universe and God’s creation.

I have read books on Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Heisenberg, Erwin Schrodinger and many other scientists too numerous to mention. This passion for cosmology continues to this day, except now I enjoy writing, as well as reading about it!
